Try These Simple Solutions Before You Call Us:

 

• If unit is not powering on, make sure unit is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped.

• If no water running into the washer, make sure the water to the unit is on.

• If units are wobbling, shaking, or moving when running, level the unit by twisting the feet up or down.

• If dryer is taking more than one cycle to dry a load, check to make sure the lent trap is cleaned and the exhaust vent found outside the house is not clogged with lent.

• If dryer area is excessively humid and filled with lent, the vent on the back of the dryer needs to be reattached to unit.

• If washer leaking water, check that both water lines are proberly tightened.
